I am a 40 year seasoned veteran of the Long Island, NY, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Industry. I am a principal of United Realty, now celebrating 47 years. www.unitedrealtyinc.com  I am an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) www.sior.com, where I serve as chair of the Technology and Communications Committee (TCC), I am also a member of the Professional Standards Committee, and former SIOR NY and Downstate Chapter President.  I am the past president of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS 2013/2014).
