Robert Yaffe co-founded United Realty in 1972. Over the years Mr. Yaffe had been involved in countless and significant real estate transactions representing tenants, owners, buyers and sellers. These included: Estee Lauder Co., NCR Corp, JC Penney Co., K-mart, Reckson Associates, New York State, Zurich Insurance Co. and many others. Mr. Yaffe was also a founding partner of Triangle Properties, an investment company that owns and manages more than two million square feet of properties consisting of office buildings, shopping centers and industrial buildings.
