Steven Epstein has had extensive experience in the ownership and daily operation of a growing sales and distribution business. He joined United Realty in 1999 and started using his sales and business acumen to assist clients in industrial, office, retail, and medical Real Estate transactions. Today, he has grown to become one of the most successful brokers at United Realty.

Mr. Epstein is engaged in Business Networking & Real Estate events with the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG) as well as local Chambers of Commerce and the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS).  He served five years on The Board of Directors of CIBS, as the coordinator for educational Lunch & Learn events.

Mr. Epstein holds a BA degree in Economics and Psychology from Brooklyn College.

He enjoys outdoor activities including golfing with friends and business partners, as well as taking long walks enjoying the coastal shoreline of Long Island’s South Shore beaches. 

Mr. Epstein is proud to have two wonderful children, both attending University.
